Mr. Terry said Russell Case was in to see him-
this afternoon about spliting up property
and bringing in.four minor subdivisions~ ~e was ~Is.o
talking about expanding the ~elf course.
Mr. Wickham said he had talked to Bill Sterling
about his proposed minor subdivision at Cutchogue.
He is going to give the property to his son and
daughter. There are four lots~with roughly 50,000
square feet each.
On motion of Mr. Wickham, seconded by Mr. Moisa,

RESOLVED that the minor subdivision for Peter C.
and Eloys C. Sterling at Cutchogue, New York, be approved.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Wick~am, Moisa,
Raynor, Coyle.
The:Southold Town Planning Board received from the
Southold Town Board a proposal on the Board's own
motion for a change of zone from."A" Residential and
Agricultural District to "B-i" General Business District
certain real property situated at Southold, New York,
together:with the instructions to prepare an official
report defining the conditions contained therein.
