PHONE 516 734-7666 RECEIVED MAY 7 1986 TOWIt crM/r !iouthold May 6, 1986 Gentlemen: Re: Change of Zone -Richard Walsh 1000-97-5-4.6 Main Road, Cutchogue, N.Y. Please be advised that on behalf of Anne Olsen, I am writing this letter to inform you that I oppose the change of zone of the subject premises from residential to B-1, if the access to said premises is to be over the right of way over properties of Anne Olsen to the Main Road. If said right of way is to be extinguished so that the access would be over other properties of Richard Walsh, and not over property of Anne Olsen, I would have no objection to the application. I have been advised by Henry Raynor, as agent for Richard Walsh, that his client intends to extinguish the right of way over properties owned by Anne Olsen so that access to the subject premises would be strictly over other properties of Richard Walsh. I would request that you send me a copy of the notice when this matter is scheduled for a public hearing.
