SOUTHOLO TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON MARCH 8, 1988:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby waives
the Surety and Maintenance .Bond provisions of the Highway Excavation
Law of the Town of Southold with respect to the applicastion of the Village
of Greenport to install a water main extension along the northerly side of
Main Bayveiw Road, Southold, from Angel Shores Subdivision, west of Sun-
set Lane, to The Cove, east of Cedar Avenue.
