DESCRIPTION OF ACTION The minorsubdivision of Philip Scire located at Cutchogue, containing 4 lots on 11.782 acres. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effects to the environment were likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned. Because there have no been no comments from the Department of E nvironmental Conservation in the allotted, it is assumed that that agency has no objections . The Suffolk County Department of Health Services has no objectionto our designation of lead agency, they are in agreement with our initial determination. The Department has received an application and it is complete . The Health Department maintains final jurisdiction over location of disposal and well systems and the applicant should not under take to construct any water supply or disposal system with- out Health Department Approval.
