DESCRIPTION OF ACTION The minor subdivision of Donald P. Robinson, Dorothy R. Binns Marion R. Mears is a three-lot residential subdivision located at Cutchogue with two existing houses. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effects to the environment were likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned. Because there has been no response in the allotted time from the Suffolk County Department of Health Services it is assumed that there is no objection nor comments by that agency. The project will meet all the requirements of the Code of the Town of Southold Subdivision of Land Regulations.
