The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, October 20, 1986.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize
the Chairman to endorse the surveys for the lot line change
for Jennie and Stanley Rysko located at Main Road, Cutchogue
since the conditions of approval have been completed.
When the Chairman has endorsed the surveys we will forward
one to you.

Dear Mr. Lark:
Please let this confirm the following action taken by
the Southold Town Planning Board, Monday, September 15, 1986.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the lot line change for Stanley C. and Jennie Rysko located
at Main Road, Cutchogue to add 1.735 acres to the existing
house lot containing 1.2 acres, survey dated July 18, 1986;
subject to:
1. Filing three amended surveys labeling the existing
buildings on the site.
It was noted, upon further review of the file, that the
description in Schedule A does not match the map. Therefore,
we ask that you amend this also to match the metes and bounds
of the map.
Upon receipt of this information, and the three amended
surveys, the surveys will be endorsed. The Chairman abstained
from voting on this proposal.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact
