We re~resent William C. Bolenius, who is %~der Contract to sell
his farm c~ Cox's Lane in Cutchogus, together with a residence,
cottage, and several accessory buildings. Hcwe%~_r, Mr. Bol~nius would
like to retain his residence and the barn buildings located at the
southeast corner of the property, qhis is the residence:"inwhich he
has been residing for some tiros, the residence and cottage c~ the
parcel being sold having been used over the years as guest houses.
All of the buildings pre-exist the Zcning O~de.
We would like permission to set off the parcel shown as "re-
served" cn the enclosed raps, containing 1.641 acres and 305.28 feet
frontage c~ Cox's Lane.
~he proposed set off will result in ample property for earl% set
of residmnces and will not in any way adversely affect the character
of the nei~hberhood.
We would appreciate your ccnsideration of the proposal amd the
