3. Such request is made for the following reasons:
The petitioners find it burdensome to continue paying taxes on
property which is not income-producing and plan to offer the land
for sale. powever there is no market for residential property
at this location because of proximity to the L.T.R.~. station
the potato packing and processing houses, bar and grill, and other
non-descript bldgs. ?etioners believe that this change of zone
would not materially change the character of the neighborhood as
it is presently business and light industrial.
The cr~nge of zoning would facilitate the sale of the property.
