taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set-off
(106-13) as designated on the map of Richard Ressler & Kirk Ressler~
dated April 30, 1982 and amended July 16, 1982, containing 5.778
acres.
Prior to the Chairman endorsing his approval on the map, we would
require an amendment to the filed application which states the
property to contains 23.570 acres, along with three (3) copies of
the map; two will be returned to your office for your files.

Regarding Use of Property
I am one of the owners of the adjoining farm to the Fmmt. ~he
development rights to r~F farm and the parcel I am acquiring frc~ Glo~_r
have been conveyed to the County of Suffolk. Both parcels have been
rented and planted for the past several y~rs by A & H Domaleski of
Cutchogue, N~ York. I have now planted grapes ce both parcels and
intend to use both parcels together as part of n~; vineyard. ~he title
of both parcels will be the same. ~l/e access to the Glover parcel being
set-off is through my adjacent farm. qt%ere is also a right of way of
record from Cox's Lane which ~ay be used as additional 'access.
