Northside of Oregon Road, Long Island Sound Dear Mr. Goehringer: On or about February, 1987, I had occasion to advise Carmine Aliperti that no applications would be required for the filling of a certain parcel of the above-captioned property, which had prior to the acquisition been used as a dumping area. Specifically, I told him that a wetland permit would not be required in that the property had an elevation of greater than ten (10) feet and an area of less than 15,000 square feet. No doubt, Mr. Aliperti relied upon the truth and accuracy of the statement made. I apologize for any inaccuracies in my instruction to Mr. Aliperti I extend those apologies to yourself and The Town of Southold.
