On April 27 , 1981 , the Planning Board approved a four lot minor subdivision for Mrs . Duchow. Since July, 1981 , there has been litigation concerning part of the property included in the subdivision. Because of that litigation and due to Mrs . DESCRIPTION OF ACTION The minor subdivision of Gertrude Duchow is a four-lot residential subdivision located at Peconic. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effects to the environment were likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned. Because there has been no response in the allotted time from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation it is assumed that there is no objection nor comments by that agency. Applicant should be aware that a permit may be required because of the possible proximity to tidal wetlands . The Suffolk County Department of Health Services has indicated its agreement with the lead agency designation. It will be necessary for a test well and test hole to be installed on the property. The project will meet all the requirements of the Code of the Town of Southold Subdivision of Land Regulations.
