The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board at a regular meeting held August 25, 1980.
RESOLVED to approve the request of Susan Hallock to change
the position of lot line between two parcels due to the location
of the septic wells on lots numbers 2 and 3 in the Minor
Subdivision of George H. Wells Estate at Peconic.

This letter requests approval by he Town of Southold's
Planning Board to allow the moving of the property line with re-
gards to the properties owned by Susan Hallock and Daniel Hallock
which are located on Wells Rd., Peconic without incurring the
procedure necessary for filing for a subdivision. The establish-
ment of a new property line concerning these adjourniag parcels
is now before the Board of Appeals in the form of a variance
petition as this action necessitates the reduction of the square
footage necessary as per the current zoning codes for a residen-
tial dwelling. My objective is to aaintain a builable lot for
only one house with regards to the unimproved parcel involved
in this request.
