Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Fax (516) 765-3136 Telephone (516) 765-1938 PLANNING BOARD OFFICE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD May 25, 1999 Charles Van Duzer 540 Mill Creek Drive Southold, NY 11971 'RE: Proposed site plan for Chuck's Fiberglass Service SCTM# 1000-85-3-5.1 Dear Mr. Van Duzer: The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, May 24, 1999: WHEREAS, Charles Van Duzer is the owner of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-85-3-5.1, located on Main Rd. in Peconic; and WHEREAS, a formal application for the approval of this site plan was submitted on May 3, 1999; and WHEREAS, this approval is for the construction of a 440 square foot addition to an existing office and work shop; and WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, (6NYCRR), Part 617, makes a determination that this project is a Type II action and not subject to the provisions of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA); and WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Site Plan Regulations of the Town of Southold have been met; be it therefore RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant conditional final approval on the surveys dated January 22, 1999, and authorize the Chairman to Page 2 Proposed site plan for Chuck's Fiberglass Service May 25, 1999 endorse the surveys subject to fulfillment of the following conditions. These conditions must be met within six (6) months of the date of this resolution: 1. Certification by the Building Inspector. 2. Review of Architectural Review Committee comments by Planning Board.
