Home My WebLink About1000-85.-2-1 MEMORANDUM TO: FILE FROM: Valerie Scopaz, Town Planner RE: Proposed subdivision for Pugliese, East Cutchogue DATE: July 16, 1987 I met with Mr. & Mrs. Pugliese and their attorney, William Moore, today. They have decided to make a siQnificant change in their proposal. The previous a pHrtner, proposal which was made with Mr. Calabrese, was to cluster all the lots for a 40 acre site onto 20 acres north of S.R.25. The remainder of the land would be left open and planted to grapes. Mr. Pugliese wishes to withdraw his 20 acres from the proposed lot yield. His 20 acres piece t°Oou wlhaeorconsidered a separate lot. The southerly 20 acres would be subdivided as a cluster with only the 10 or 9 lots that this portion- of the property could yield. I told them that I would review this new proposal and discuss it with the Board. Some changes would have to be made to the proposed layout, namely the road location. The road will have to be taken to a property line, either to the north, east or west, and possibly more than one line. Mr. Pugliese will have Van Tuyl draw a yield map for the 20 acre piece. He will also let me know whether he intends to apply to the Farmland Preserva- tion Committee for his portion of the property to the north. If he decides to apply to that program, and is accepted, then I will not bring the road to his property line, but rather will take it east or west (or both) .
