RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize the Chairman to endorse the final surveys dated July 13 , 1989, with the following condition: 1. Street trees are to be planted in accordance with Section A106-38 (I ) and Section A108-41 of the Town Code. Trees must be planted before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. This subdivision was approved on June 19, 1989 and endorsed on March 26, 1990. However, as the time to file the maps lapsed, it was necessary that the maps be re-endorsed by the Chairman. Enclosed please find a copy of the map which was endorsed by the Chairman. The mylar maps, which were also endorsed by the Chairman, must be picked up at this office and filed in the office of the County Clerk. Any plat not so filed or recorded within sixty ( 60) days of the date of final approval, shall become null and void.
