Dear Mr. Orlowski: The Suffolk County Planning Commission at its regular meeting on March 4, 1987 reviewed the proposed subdivision plat, entitled, "Minor Subdivision - Isadore P. Krupski" referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk County Charter. After due study and deliberation it resolved to disapprove said map for the following reason: It is the opinion of the Commission that all proposed lots meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance. It appears that proposed Lot 2 does not meet the minimum lot width requirement of 200 feet. It is suggested that the layout be revised by moving the common lot line 1-2 to the west to provide the required lot width. It is also suggested that a plan for the subdivision of the entire tract be prepared to insure proper coordination of access along Middle Road to prevent any future interference with traffic flow on that road.
