Re: Map of Fishers Island Development Corporation
SCTM#1000-2-1-12.1 & 12.2
Dear Mr. Ham:
In response to your letter written to the Planning Board on September 3, 2015,
staff has reviewed the map of the Fishers Island Development Corporation and
found that the map was approved by the Planning Board on September 9, 1991.
The two parcels in question, SCTM#1000-2-1-12.1 and 12.2 (and also known as
2-1-12 in the current tax map book) correspond to Lots 28-6 & 28-5 on the filed
map.

Dear Thor,
The Committee is pleased to approve the plans submitted by Jim Righter, on
January 12, 1994, for your house located on Block 32 Lot 1. Also the Committee is
quite pleased with Jim's rendering of the landscaping, using indigenous plants. A final
landscaping plan must be submitted to FIDCO for approval, hopefully encompassing the
feeling portrayed in the January rendering.
Please be advised, FIDCO requires that copies of all permits be furnished to its
office. These permits shall include County Health, Town Trustees, NYSDSEC, Planning
Board and of course the Building Department.
