Dear Mr. Olsen:
Please be advised that the chairman can not endorse approval on the
subdivision map entitled "N & E Associates". The code (106-24 F)
states that such action must take place within 180 days of the ap-
proval by the Planning Board. Upon request, the Planning Board may
grant an extension not to exceed two (2) additional periods of ninety
(90) days each.
Because this subdivision was approved in 1975, at which time the cove-
nants were not filed, we have no other alternative but to request that
your client submit a new application for the subdivision of this land.
I have enclosed the necessary forms for this procedure.

At the regular meeting of the Southold Town P18J"lntng
Board held March 12, 1975, the sketch map 'Which you
presented for the above subdivision was reviewed.
There was no objection to the proposed subdivision.
We will need six copies of the map drawn up by a
surveyor, application aisned by the applicant, the
$40 fee and covenants and restrictions as to no further
subdivision in the form as per attached sample.
When these have all been received I will make an
appointment with you to officially present it to the
Planning Board.
