I have entered into a contractual agreement with Shade Tree Nursery, Inc. of Jamesport NY. A copy of this contract accompanies this letter. This agreement authorizes Shade Tree to do extensive landscaping to this property. It was the opinion of Mr. Lou Caracciolo that as construction on the house was still in progress he thought it would be best to wait until all the construction was finished before proceeding with the landscaping. If you need further clarification about this Mr. Caracciolo can be reached at 631-722-4041. A number of finish items including counter tops, tub surround, pool coping, stone trims light fixtures are custom, coming from overseas and are long lead. Although we expected everything to be here by now unfortunately this has not happened. We have been in contact with all the vendors involved and are confident that all outstanding items will be fabricated and/or delivered and installed within the next three weeks. Understanding this situation, if the town would feel more comfortable I would welcome a second inspection to confirm the completion of all outstanding items.
