COMMENTS:
There is an exieting road in the right of way. It is composed of
bank run and must be widened. The road cannot be widened to the easterly
side because of a row of utility poles; therefore, it must be widened to
the westerly boundary of the right of wey.
The existing road contains sufficient bank run and needs only to be
graded level.
The area to be improved should be stripped of vegetation and covered
with at least 6 inshes of bank run with 25% gravel content.

Dear Mr. Wickham:
The Suffolk County Planning Commission at its regular meeting on October 5,
1977, reviewed the proposed subdivision plat, entitled, "Minor Subdivision-Peter
Ka1amaras" referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk County Charter.
After due study and deliberation it resolved to approve said map subject to the
following conditions:
1. Construction and installation of any sanitary disposal facilities within
100 feet of the top of the bluff shall be prohibited.
2. The discharge of stormwater runoff created by the development and improve-
ment of any of the lots down the bluff in any manner and into the Sound shall be
prohib ited.
3.
No grading shall be done within 100 feet of the top of the bluff.
4.

Clearing and cutting of vegetation within 100 feet of the top of the bluff
restricted to that necessary for maintenance.
5. Access down the bluff to the beach shall be limited to two points (this
will necessitate a joint access for two lots) and shall be by means of suitable
structures so designed and constructed that they will not result in erosion of
the bluff.
6. Consideration shall be given to obtaining an area wholly or partially
within this subdivision for the right-af-way for proposed Soundview Avenue in order
to insure the continuity of that road.
