Dear Ms. Moore:
The following resolutions were adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at
a meeting held on Monday, August 10, 1998:
The final public hearing, which was held at 5:30 p.m. was closed.
The following resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, Oregon LLC is the owner of the property known and designated as
SCTM# 1000-83-2-11.3, and Luba Corso, Regina Corso & Monica Corso are the
owners of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-83-2-11.4, and
Louis C. Corso, Luba Corso, Regina Corso & Monica Corso are the owners of
the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-83-2-10.6, located on the
north side of Oregon Rd. in Cutchogue; and
WHEREAS, this application, which is for 3 lot line changes, is to revise the
property boundaries of 3 parcels which are currently 17.4, 4.7 and 2.1 acres in
area, so that the 3 final parcels are 16.1, 4.7 and 3.7 acres in area; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the State
Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8), Part 617, declared itself lead
agency and issued a Negative Declaration on July 13, 1998; and

WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to Chapter 58, Notice
of Public Hearing, has received affidavits that the applicant has complied with
the notification provisions; and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing was closed on said subdivision application at
the Town Hall, Southold, New York on August 10, 1998; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of
Southold have been met; be it therefore
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant conditional final
approval on the maps dated June 15, 1998, and authorize the Chairman to
endorse the final surveys subject to fulfillment of the following condition. All
conditions must be met within six (6) months of the date of this resolution:
New deeds reflecting the lot line changes must be filed for all parcels
involved. Copies of the recorded deeds must be submitted to this
office.

meeting held on Monday, July 13, 1998:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State
Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this unlisted action.
The Planning Board establishes itself as Lead Agency, and as Lead Agency makes a
determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration.

Pursuant to my telephone conversation with Melissa Spiro this
matter is ready to proceed with uncoordinated review under SEQRA,
in addition the following:
1. The Planning Board will consider the relocation of the
property lines as three lot line changes for purposes of the filing
fee: $500 check enclosed in addition to the $250 submitted with the
application.
2. Enclosed are the Deeds of all the affected parcels. Mrs.
Corso is the manager of Oregon LLC.
3. In accordance with Ken Abruzzo of Young & Young,
Surveyors and Engineers, the 50 foot right-of-way is provided for
on the 4+ acre sound-front parcel, however it is not appropriate to
create a right of way until these properties are further developed.

at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold and State of. New York
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point said point being the southeast corner
of premises herein. being described and said point being
distant 1698.79 feet northerly from the division line formed
by the northerly side of Oregon Road and the southwest
corner of a 25 foot right of way shown on filed map; thence
