The following resolution was adopted: WHEREAS, Parker E., Betsey B. 8, Chester M. Dickerson are the owners of the property known and designated as SCTIVI~ 1000-55-1-8.1 & 8.3, located on the south side of Old North Rd. and the west side of Young's Ave. in Southold; and WHEREAS, this proposal is to set off a 1.8454 acre parcel from an existing 24.4211 acre parcel. The Town has purchased the development rights on the proposed 22.5757 acre parcel; and WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8), Part 617, declared itself lead agency and issued a Negative Declaration on December 15, 1997; and WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to Chapter 58, Notice of Public Hearing, has received affidavits that the applicant has complied with the notification provisions; and Page 2 Proposed set off for Parker, Betsey and Chester Dickerson March 17, 1998 WHEREAS, a final public hearing was closed on said subdivision application at the Town Hall, Southold, New York on March 16, 1998; and WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Southold have been met; be it therefore RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board approve and authorize the Chairman to endorse the final surveys dated December 10, 1997. The subdivision was filed in the County Clerk's Office on September 23, 1997. On March 17, 1998, the Planning Board approved a further subdivision of the above mentioned Lot #1. The new Lot #1 was 1.8454 acres, and the new Lot # 2 was 22.5757 acres. The map was originally endorsed by the Planning Board Chairman on March 17, 1998, and was re-endorsed on May 11, 1998. In accordance with the Suffolk County Clerk's procedures, it is not possible to record the second subdivision for two years from the filing of the original subdivision. The Planning Board reviewed your request to waive the filing requirement for the second subdivision at the June 15, 1998, work session. The Planning Board decided to waive the filing requirement.
