DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION OF RAYMOND J. KERESTER & ASSOCIATES
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate and being at Bayview, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of North Bayview Road at the southwest corner
of the premises herein described and at the southeast corner of premises now or
formerly of the Beach Estate. From said point of beginning running North 20" 47' 00"
East, 1117.84 feet along lands now or formerly of Beach Estate and Reydon Shores
Subdivision to a monument, to lands of Paradise Aqua Farms, Inc. ; running thence
along said land the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) South 700 48' 10"
East, 800.30 feet to a monument; thence (2) North 20° 47' 00" East, 1200.00 feet,
more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Shelter Island Sound, running thence
along the ordinary high water line of Shelter Island Sound, the tie-line being
South 780 20' 00" East, 158.19 feet to lands now or formerly of Kerester; running
thence along said land the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) South 160
04' 40" West, 454.30 feet to a monument; thence (2) South 16° 50' 40" West, 885.54
feet to a monument and land of Case; running thence along said land the following
three (3) courses and distances: (1) North 70' 20' 00" West, 20.55 feet to a monument;
thence (2) South 23° 10' 20" West, 222.83 feet; thence (3) South 191 51' 50" West,
112.35 feet to the northerly side of North Bayview Road; running thence along the
northerly side of said road, the following three (3) courses and distances: (1) South
