Dear Mr. Weinstein:
This is to inform you that the following action was taken
by the Southold Town Planning Board at its regular meeting held
March 14, 1974.
On motion made by Mr. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Grebe, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
minor subdivision map of Michael Weinstein dated October 4, 1973
and amended November 14, 1973 together with covenants and
restrictions thereon dated February 27, 1974 of property located
at "Bayview", Southold, New York,
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs, Wickham, Moiaa, Coyle,
Raynor and Grebe.
Enclosed find original of the Covenants and Reftrictiona.
Upon receipt of the County Clerk's notice of filing of the
covenants and restrictions, signing of the map will be author-
ized.

fee simple of certain premises in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, known and designated as "Minor Subdivision
for MICHAEL L. WEINSTEIN at Southold, New York, " made by
Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. , October 4, 1973 and amended November
14, 1973, and
WHEREAS, said Declarant is desirous of placing
certain restrictions upon said premises which shall be }finding

Your minor subdivision was reviewed at the regular
meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board held on lebruary
20, 1974.
Before we can proceed any further on the application, we
will need more specific wording on the Covenants and Restrict-
ions that no lot shall be subdivided or sold except as a single a
unit or parcel, nor shall the owner thereof rent a portion or
portions of the premises to boarders or transients.
Upon receipt of a legal document to this effect, we will
