In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, Section 220, of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code, the determination of the Board of Review is as follows. Based on the information submitted, the Board denied the request for a variance for the 2 lot development. Article 6 is intended to protect water quality by establishing limits on density of population. Approval of this development will have an adverse effect on the groundwater.
