Dear Sirs:
We, the undersigned, hereby request that the Southold Town Planning
Board entertain the within application for a lot line change, as
depicted on July 20, 1987 survey by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C., which
survey is submitted as part of said application.
We desire to adjust the line between our jointly owned property and
the adjacent property owned by Mrs. Code, individually, to create road
frontages, and lot widths, which are more nearly equal. As a desired
result of this line change, the easement between the properties,
granted for septic system installation and maintenance, will be
incorporated with Mrs. Code's property.
