Comments: The Health Department's primary environmental concern
pertaining to development is that the applicant comply with the
requirements of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code especially
Articles V and VI, and relevant construction standards for water
supply and sanitary sewage disposal. These considerations are to
be reviewed completely at the time of application. Full considera-
tion in placement of water supply wells and disposal systems is
given to State and Town wetland requirements. The Health Depart-
ment maintains jurisdiction over final location of disposal and
well systems and the applicant should not undertake to construct
any water supply or disposal system without Health Department
approval.
Other portions of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code also apply to
commercial development such as Articles VII and XII. The Lead
Agency is requested to forward a copy of this form to the applicant
with its findings.
There is no record of an application for the proposed subdivision on file with
our department. Complete technical comment shall require an application be
submitted to our department along with a site plan and the information necessary
to evaluate the suitability of the property for the proposed subdivision. Any
tidal wetlands and adjacent areas on the proposed subdivision are regulated
by NYSDEC. All tidal wetland boundaries should be delineated by NYSDEC's
Division of Marine Resources and indicated as such on the property survey sub-'
mitted to our department. We shall recommend full protection of the site's
tidal wetlands and regulated adjacent upland areas.
Further comment may be provided upon completion of the application review.

We represent the Executors of the above-referenced estate, owner of
premises situate at Main Road, Peconic, NY. The premises, with the
exception of the Stankewicz residence and 80,00 square feet of land,
are intended to be sold in connection with the administration of the
estate, as more specifically delineated in a map of land prepared by
Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C., surveyed August 27, 1987, amended on
September 18, 1987. Twelve prints were delivered to the Planning
Board by the undersigned, for the purpose of having this matter
appear on the next agenda of the Planning Board.
On behalf of the Executors, the undersigned respectfully requests
that the Planning Board treat the division of the premises, as set
forth on the maps heretofore submitted, as a set-off, pursuant to
SectionAl06-13 of the Southold Town Zoning Ordinance.
Enclosed herewith is a completed application together with the
consent of the four residuary beneficiaries, authorizing the
Executors to apply for a set-off, road letters, short-form
environmental assessment form annexed, and check for filing fees in
the sum of $250.00.

with your office be withdrawn and the application fee of $750.00 be
refunded or, in the alternative, be transferred to a new application.
It is our clients' position that the costs of improving the access
