COMMENTS:
I made another inspection as requested on the above development side road
repairs.
Repair work was completed prior to and on December 6, 1979. On January 1,
I reported that the pavement was satisfactory.
Today's inspection showed grass and weed growth in the pavement area and
heavy weed growth in the shoulder areas.
Before final acceptance for dedication, weed killer should be applied to
the pavement and shoulder areas. There has been no traffic on this one
short side road since repairs were made.

Dear Mz. Gencl~ont
The Planning Board has been advised to review the few subd~visions
which we have approved and waived performance bond and the construction
of highways u~on the owner's statement that he would dedicate to the
TOWn as soon as possible. The Town, some t~me ago, established new
specifications fordc%edication. The ~lann4ng Board has been requiring
performance bonds for highway construction in subdivisions. Accord-
ingly, we would appreciate hearing from you aa to the condition of
the road] in the subdivision, South Har~ Hc~aes, located in $outhold.
We would also like to know what progress you have made toward dedication
of the roads to the Town of So~thold, and what progress you expect
to make An the next six months.
