Moore SCTM# 1000-70-2-8 Dear Ms. Moore: The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, March 16,1998: WHEREAS, Patricia & William Moore are the contract vendees of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-70-2-8 located on Rt. 25 in Southold; and WHEREAS, a professional office is a permitted use, by Special Exception in this Residential Office (RO) zone; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted a Special Exception on February 26, 1998; and WHEREAS, the professional office would require nine parking spaces; and WHEREAS, provision has been made for nine parking spaces, including a handicapped space; and WHEREAS, the handicapped space will be paved and bumper stops will be installed in the parking lot; and WHEREAS, and examination has been made of all uses and the existing parking was determined to be adequate for all uses; and WHEREAS, any violation of the conditions of this resolution may be grounds for rescinding this waiver; be it therefore . .
