Dear Mr. Chairman:
This letter will serve as a request for a six month extension for
the filing of a final map in connection with the above referenced appli-
cation.
I have enclosed a copy of a notice which we received from the Suf-
folk County Dept. of Health Services requiring us to file certain cove-
nants against the property prior to their final approval. We are in the
process now of complying with the county's requirements.
As you know, it is a very time consuming process to obtain Article
VI approval and we hope that your Board will see fit to approve this
request for an extension.

This application is not being processed for approval because it does not conform with the
requirements of Article 6 of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code. This Code requires that a
realty subdivision or development comply with the following as marked:

Dear Mr. Kapell:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town
Planning Board, Monday, June 20, 1983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare
itself lead agency with regard to the State Environmental
Quality Review Act in the matter of the minor subdivision of
Giora Hanoch & Harold Watts, located at Cutchogue. An initial
determination of nonsignificance has been made.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the sketch map of Giora Hanoch & Harold Watts, dated February
3, 1983, located at Cutchogue.
Please forward six (6) copies of the final map to our of-
fice for necessary county and state referrals, along with the
filing fee of $50. Please advise our office when you have com-
plied with Article 6 of the Suffolk County Department of Health
Services for our scheduling a public hearing.
