DESCRIPTION OF ACTION The minor subdivision of Judith T. Terry is a three-lot residential subdivision of 3.132 acres located at Southold, New York. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effects to the environment were likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned; Lack of response in the allotted time from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation indicates that there is no objection by that agency; The Suffolk County Department of Health Services has indicated that an analysis of sample collected from well on the property meets standards for a potable water supply and it appears that an adequate water supply should be available for the proposed minor subdivision.
