At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, May 24,
1999 the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Richard Smith, seconded by Scott Hilary, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH
STIPULATION of the Wetland Permit Application of WESTBURY PROPERTIES, INC. 53-
3-2 to construct a single family dwelling 1,402 sf, attached garage 484 sf, deck 675 sf and
associated sanitary system. All improvements shall be located a min. of76'9" landward of the
tidal wetlands boundary with the sanitary system being located 118' +/- landward. Proposed
driveway will consist of gravel surface.

The CAC recommends approval with the stipulation that there be no clearing done within 75' of
the wetlands.
