The Building Depaffment has issued a stop work order and suggested we send you a letter to describe the existing conditions, proposed uses, and parking. Mr. Forrester requires a letter or statement from the Planning Board before he will consider issuing a building pem-dt. As you know, the former owner used the front building as a retail carpet sales store and the rear building for storage. Mr. Bums intends to lease the front building to a tenant with a use that is allowed in the LB District. The rear building will continue to be used for storage. Mr. Bums plans to remove several windows and doors, install new windows in existing window openings, install new vinyl exterior siding, new asphalt roof shingles, and new signage as permitted by Town Code. A sign application will be completed as required at a later date. Please review the project and survey enclosed. Thank you.
