I have been advised by the architect, Donald Brown, thai he has also discussed with y~u said request to determine exactly what the Planning Board is seeking. You advised him that the Board wants complete building plans. As I have stated to you, I do not feel the Board has the right to ask for complete building plans, and you indicated that you were going to further discuss this matter with the Planning Board. The cost of said plans would run approximately $6,000.00. I understand that you have discussed this matier with Henry Raynor, who stated that he wishes to review this file and will get back to me with fur- ther instructions so that the architect can complete his work. I would appreciate a reply as quickly as possible so thai the final site plans can be completed and presented to the Planning Board for approval.
