FROM:
Jim Fitzgerald
SUBJECT: Charles Sirey, Permit No. 5113

L
I spoke to AI Krupski and, at AI's request, to Jim King on Friday 2/22/02, and they spoke to
each other. Jim King told me that they decided it would be all right for Mr. Sirey's contractor
to proceed with the project as early as Monday, 2/25/02. Presumably that means that the Trus-
tees have, or will, extend the permit as per my written request of2/22/02.
Just so there's a permit to extend, here's Mr, Sirey's check in the amount of$1320.00 for the
permit fee.
