Dear Mr. Melly:
The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town
Planning Board at the meeting on Monday, August 13, 1990.
WHEREAS, Francis P. and Bernice J. Melly are the owners of
the property known and designed as SCTM#1000-68-1-4,5, located
at Diamond Lane (Private Road) west of Soundview Avenue in
Cutchogue; and
WHEREAS, this lot line proposal, to be known as Lot Line
Change for Francis Melly, is for a lot line change adding 1,198
square feet to 11,495 square foot parcel of the applicant; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the
State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8) , Part 617,
declared itself Lead Agency and issued a Negative Declaration on
March 26, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing was closed on said
subdivision application at the Town Hall, Southold, New York on
July 16, 1990; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Southold have been met; and

road off Soundview Avenue in Peconic, Suffolk County, New York
which is part of a parcel of land shown on Map of Acres of
Diamonds Inc. filed in Suffolk County file #1128 do hereby

more or less parcel will be deeded to us by the adjoining
property owner, ISABELLE C. VERRO.
At present our driveway encroaches on the VERRO property and
our porch is 6' from the lot line. The parcel in question will
give us a side yard of approximately 181. We have been
maintaining the property for over 20 years and the adjoining
property owner has consented to the exchange upon payment or a
reasonable compensation.

WHEREAS, PAULINE W. KETCHAM, is the owner in fee simple of certain
premises located at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
known and designated on a certain map as "proposed line change map of
property surveyed for PAULINE W. KETCHAM", and
WHEREAS, said PAULINE W. KETCHAM was required by the Southold Town
