ALL that part of Lot 245 and Lot 246 as shown on a map entitled
"Amended Map A of Nassau Point" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
office as Map #156 on August 16, 1922, described as follows ;
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of lands formerly owned by
Gladys Grinnell Bayles where the westerly line of said lands inter-
sects the channel which bounds the premises on the north, and running
thence westerly along the channel to the easterly line of lands now
or formerly of O'Keefe; running thence south 8°28' 30" west along
lands now or formerly of O'Keefe 180 feet, more or less , through two
monuments to Wunneweta Pond; thence easterly along Wunneweta Pond to
lands formerly owned by Gladys Grinnell Bayles ; and thence northerly
along the westerly line of lands formerly owned by Gladys Grinnell
Bayles to the point of beginning, being a portion of Lots 245 and 246.
TOGETHER with the easements in common with others over the roads and
rights of way laid out on Nassau Point for access and egress to and
from public highways .
Being the same premises conveyed by Margaret Rambo to Gladys Grinnell
Bayles by deed dated February 17, 1966 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s office in Liber 5960 of Deeds at page 115.
This deed is intended to confirm the devise of the within real
property to the party of the second part under the Last Will and
Testament of Gladys G. Bayles .
