Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Orchard Street at the
southeast corner of the herein described premises where the same is
intersected by land now or formerly of Trent, said point or place of
beginning being also distant 590.74 feet northerly as measured along
the westerly side of Orchard Street from the corner formed by the
intersection of the northerly side of King Street or Narrow River
Road with the westerly side of Orchard Street;
running thence from said point or place of beginning along land now
or formerly of Trent, the following two courses and distances:
1) South 70° 13' 50" West 240.14 feet;
2) South 19' 46' 10" East 175.00 feet to land now or formerly of
Robert Casola-Laurie Properties, Inc.;
thence along said last mentioned land the following two courses and

1) outh 70° 13' 50" West 200.00 feet;
2) North 19° 46' 10" West 200.00 feet to land now or formerly of
Groeneveld;
thence along said last mentioned land North 700 13' 50" East 430.00
feet to the westerly side of Orchard Street; and
thence along the westerly side of Orchard Street South 410 51' 10"
East 26.98 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions contained in
Liber 7675, cp 370.
THIS conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent in writing
of all the stockholders of the party of the first part.

the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted u nto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first forthe purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the samefirstto the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
