by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as Lot Nos. 127 and 128 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Gardiners' Bay Estates, Section 2", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on September 23, 1927 as Map No. 275, said lots being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Cedar Lane where the same
is intersected by the division line between lots 128 and 129 on the above
S. 1000 mentioned map;

k. 04.00 West 150 feet to the southeasterly side of land now or formerly of Neyland;

on the southwesterly side of Spring Pond;
THENCE along a bulkhead on the southwesterly side of said Spring Pond and
on a tie line bearing South 560 22' 50" East 173.65 feet to the division line
between lots 128 and 129 on the above mentioned map; and
THENCE along said division line, South 63° 52' 30" West 105.20 feet to the
'.ti northeasterly side of Cedar Lane, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
3 TOGETHER with the Right of Way to pass and repass for street purposes over
the streets on said map, including "The Paths" leading to the beach.
