SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York being known and designated
as Lot No. 187 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Gardner!s Bay Estates, Section 3" and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 24, 1968
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North
Lane distant 55.11 feet easterly from the intersection
of the northeasterly side of Old Orchard Lane with the
northerly side of North Lane;
RUNNING THENCE north 31 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds
east 209.74 feet to land now or formerly of Thieringer
