BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road at the south-
westerly corner of land of John Tuthill and the southeasterly corner
of land of Marcus, and running thence along said land of Marcus, threE
courses: (1) North 460 56' 10. West 1624.18 feet; thence (2) North
470 35' 40. West 96.45 feet; thence (3) South 590 50' 20. West 37.80
feet to land about to be conveyed to Townsend. The easterly and
northerly line of said 25 foot parcel is 25 feet easterly and norther'
of the above-described line.

The parties hereto, their distributees, heirs and assigns, agree that
until Parcel II is actually improved and used that any farmer renting
premises of the party of the first part may use said premises without
charge.

The party of the second part agrees to be responsible to replace any
irrigation pipe within the boundaries of said Parcel II when the road
is actually improved, but said pipe shall not be moved any further
than actually necessary.
The party of the first part, his heirs and assigns, shall have the
right to remove two (2) carvings by Elliott Brooks upon rocks or
boulders on the beach upon premises being conveyed to the party of the
seccnd part within two (2) years of the date hereof.
