Magrino, Jr. and Mary Cross Magrino, his wife, formerly of Grace Vail, intersects the easterly side of Village Lane; running thence and distances: feet to a post; feet to a pipe P. Tuthill; along said last mentioned land the following two courses (1) South 66 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 95.65 (2) South 26 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds West 90.49 and land now or formerly of Norkelun, formerly of Frances thence North 63 degrees 13 minutes 40 seconds West along said last mentioned land 94.35 feet to a rod and the easterly side of Village Lane; thence North 26 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East along the easterly side of Village Lane 85.50 feet to a rod set in the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Robert C. Reeves, Jr. and Marjorie E. Reeves, his wife, dated June 1, 1982 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 7, 1982 in Liber 9193 page 208. The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Robert T. Wall and Patricia A. Wall, his wife, as mortgagor, to Robert C. Reeves, Jr. and Marjorie E.
