16 minutes 20 seconds East 332.52 feet;
'lHEN::E South 79 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds West 200.0 feet;
'!HENCE North 10 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds West 255.74 feet to the southerly
side of Main (State) Road;
THENCE along the southerly side of Main (State) Road North 58 degrees 43 minutes
30 seoonds East 214.23 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deeds recorded in
