is that aft.er January 1, 1987 the two structures on the pr<:;mises wi.11 be occupied by
no more than three families. All exterior renovations to the bui]dings on the f;yemis,
will be in the style of the orginal architecture and be in keeping with the homes in
the surrounding neighborhood.
This conveyance is subject to any state of facts as shown on a survey of Rodeyick
Van Tuy1, P.C. dated June 14, 1983.
