TOGETHER VITH a 25 -foot right-of-way in common with others over the most
westerly 25 feet of the premises to the north extending from the southern
most lot line of the said premises northerya,o the high water mark of
Long Island Sound for use by patty & second) anirc others. This right-of-way
shall run with the land. Said right-of-way is described as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of acertain 25 -foot right-of-
way at the southwest corner of the premises hereinabove described said
point being north 14 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds west 2171.21 feet from
a monument set on the northerly line of Main Road on the boundary line
between land now or formerly of Lloyd E. Terry and land of Orient Realty
Company; running thence along said land of Orient Realty Company.north 14
degrees 05 minutes west 465.21 feet more or less to the ordinary high wate
mark of Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said high.water mark 25
feet; thence south 14 degrees 05 minutes east 465.21 feet more or less to
the northerly line of the aforesaid 25 -foot right-of-way; thence along
said 25 -foot right-of-way, south 75 degrees 55 minutes west 25 feet to the
point of beginning.
Subject to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $27,500.00 which
mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of the second part to the
party of the first part.as security for a portion of the purchase price -
and which said mortgage is intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith
Subject to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting the
premises.
