WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valnable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release nnto the party of the second part, the heirs
or snccessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 123 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Pebble Beach Farms, East Marion, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York", and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 11, 1975 as Map No. 6266.
Being the same property conveyed to the party of first part by
deed of Pebble Beach Realty, Inc., January 28,1980 and recorded
on February 5, 1980 in Libre 8774 at page 205 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office.
