Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever, "
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being mm at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main (State) Road
distant 185 feet westerly as measured along the northerly side of
Main (State) Road from land now or formerly of Droskoski; running
thence along the northerly side of Main (State) Road along the are
of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 2400 feet more or
less, a distance of 140 feet to land now or formerly of Tuthill and
Dyer; thence along said land of Tuthill and Dyer, the following two
courses and distancess (1) North 24 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds
West 168.0 feet; (2) North 53 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds East 129.0
'feet; and thence South 28 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 196.0
feet to the northerly side of Main (State) Road at the point or place
of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 8515 ep.255.

party of the second part the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of thefirst part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything wherebythe
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
