Gentlemen:
Am in receipt of correspondence addressed to
Arthur Sauer and John Lusk. I do not have the faintest
idea why two people should be addressed en ouo communi~~tion.
but nevertheless. I will attempt to answer by part of it.
In passing. I would like to mention that Mr. Lusk dOllS
not have a local address and if you wish to contact him. I
would suggest that you do so directly to his home in Yonkers.
As to my dock. I have the following to offer:
1. I was notified by the Town Board of Trustees on
form pIl that my application was approved and
that I should mail a check in the amount of
$33.00 to cover the permit;
Floating dock. 5x50 - - -$25.00
Ranp. 3xlO - - - - -- - -. 3/00
Pilings. 5@1.00 - - - - - 5.00
2. Sent letter and personal chec:k #499 for the
amount requested ($33.00). da~ed March 11, 1973.
3. The dock builder who had submitted the application
in the first place, installed the dock and I
paid him in full in April of 1973.
Now, more thanlten years after the applicati6n was
approved and paid for and the dock installed I am advised that
I am in violation. If the dock doe.s not conform to my
application which was approved than I must assume that someone.
made some changes that I am not aware of.

Thank you for your letter regarding our recent creek survey.
Your pennit was issued to Arthur Sauer and John Lusk; that is
why the correspondence was addressed the same way.
Our records indicate that a ramp (3'x 10') and float (5' x 75')
were approved. This does not agree with a catwalk (3' x 90') and
float (3' x 30') that were found on the survey. We will correct our
records to reflect the actual structures you have.
We would request that you post your pennit #769 on the catwalk so
it is visible from the water.
Again, our thanks for your cooperation in our attanpt to update
our records.

by using an X ~ITHIN A CIRCLE indicate as closely as possible the
location of this dock. On the reverse side of this map, provide
a SCALE DRAWING which will show Ordinary High Water Mark, the shape
and size of the dock and any supplemental pilings which are needed
to hold a floating dock or tie-up a boat. Give all dimensions
lu~cessary to determine the area of the dock surface which extends
offshore from the O.H.W.M.
6. Will any portion of this construction extend offshore into TO\.71
Waters beyond an imaginary line or boundary formed by other
similar structures along the area's shoreline? YES or NO. If it
does extend beyond this so-called dock line indicate by how
