point-being 62.30 feet westerly along said line of Main Road from the
southwesterly corner of land of Robert W. Gillispie, III; running thenc
westerly along said line of Main Road, 37.70 feet to land of Marion S.
Gillispie; thence along said land, North 61 degrees 28 minutes West,
151.90 feet to land of Charles Campbell; thence along said land; two
courses: (1) North 15 degrees 30 minutes West 207.15 feet; thence
(2) North 75 degrees 30 minutes West 205.32 feet to said land of
Marion S. Gillispie; thence along said land, North 15 degrees 30
minutes West 34.64 feet to said land now or formerly of David L.
Gillispie; thence along said land, three courses: (1) ,South 75 degrees
30 minutes East 239.96 feet; thence (2) South 15 degrees 30 minutes
East 211.74 feet; thence (3) South 61 degrees 28 minutes East 161.99
feet to the point of beginning.
By acceptance of this deed the parties of the second part agree to pay
their respective share of the real estate taxes, liability insurance
and maintenance, if any. The parties further agree to share pro-
portionately to usage in the cost of maintenance. It is further under~
stood that failure of any party to pay their respective share of the
expenses as aforesaid, shall result in a lien on said delinquent party'
share of the premises.
Each of the parties of the second part listed herein are owners of
the respective lot numbers set forth below next to their names and
as shown on map of minor subdivision maBe for David L. Gillispie and
Patricia Gillispie at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, dated September 2, 1971, revised May 3, 1972
