Known and designated as part of Lot 2 and part of Lot 3 on a certain
map entitled "Map of Willow Terrace, Section One" and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 28, 1969114as
Hap No. 5407, said parts of lots being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINptING at a point on the southwesterly side of Willow Terrace
Lane distant 929.89 feet southerly, as measured along the same from
the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of King
Street with the southwesterly side of Willow Terrace Lane; running
thence along the southwesterly side of Willow Terrace Lane, the
following two (2) courses and distances: (1) South 220 30' 00" East
80 feet; (2) South 460 30' 00" East 20 feet to the northwesterly
side of land now or formerly of Gulotta; thence along said land,
South 580 26' 00" West 187.82 feet to the northeasterly side of
Orient Harbor; thence along the northeasterly side of Orient Harbor,
North 42° 00' 00" West 130 feet; and thence North 660 07' 20" East
220.81 feet to the southwesterly side of Willow Terrace Lane, at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by deed dated June 7, 1969, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 11, 1969, in Liber 6563
of deeds page 373.
SUBJECT TO Covenants and Restrictions of record.

and all the estate and rights of the party, of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO

eration as a trust fund to be applied fir,t for the purpose of paying the cost of the i;nproy,ynent and will apply
the same fir>t t�, the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
